A Fabulous Book Signing–Great New Release
This past weekend I celebrated with my friend, author Anne Cleeland, whose new book, Daughter of the God-King was released last week by Sourcebooks.
Here we are at the book signing hosted by the Orange County Chapter of Romance Writers of America.
Daughter of the God-King is Anne’s second Regency era romantic adventure. In addition to her historicals, she has a contemporary British police procedural series out. The first book, Murder in Thrall was released last July by Kensington.
Anne’s stories are filled with witty heroines, enticing secrets, great reveals, and–hello–romance! Her stories are un-put-downable, and take it from a reader who is picky about mysteries, you won’t need NoDoz or anti-depressants for her police procedurals.
Daughter of the God-King takes us to Egypt, where the heroine seeks to solve the mystery of her Egyptologist parents’ disappearance. No spoilers here!
Not to leave anybody out, three other Orange County Chapter authors signed copies of their latest releases.
Debra Mullins (Prodigal Son, a paranormal romance), Marianne Donley (Once Around the Sun, an anthology from the Bethlehem Writers Group), and Beth Yarnall (Rush, a hot romantic suspense) joined Anne for the signing.
Check out these great books.
And now back to my NaNoWriMo project!
