Peach Cobbler
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can of sliced peaches (lite or heavy syrup)
- Heat oven to 350 and melt butter in baking dish.
- Mix flour, sugar and milk together with whisk.
- Pour this on top of melted butter in baking dish.
- Open can of peaches and pour on top of mix.
- (I use lite peaches and the cobble is always sweet enough.)
- Put in oven and bake about 25 minutes or until top is golden brown.
