Since last July I’ve been hard at work with a group of Southern California romance authors planning the 2017 California Dreamin’ Writers’ Conference. If you’re an author able to be in Orange County, California next March, you won’t want to miss this exciting event. Yes, the event is sponsored by four local chapters of Romance Writers of America, but many of our authors write in other genres–SciFi, Mystery, Women’s Fiction, and Literary. Everyone is welcome!

Our Friday Book Camp, available as a separate event, features the legendary Debra Dixon, of Goal, Motivation & Conflict fame. Definitely not a topic limited to romance writing! We’ve put together a range of workshops covering craft, genre, business, self-publishing, and the writer’s life. And, our keynote speakers are New York Times best-selling authors Sarah MacLean and Robyn Carr.
